These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and, unless superseded by a signed service agreement, the services of Telos One Limited, a corporation registered in the Province of Ontario, Canada ("Telos One," "we," "us"). Services

Telos One provides digital infrastructure solutions including payment processing consulting, managed hosting, VoIP communications, development services, and strategic consulting. The specific terms for each engagement, scope, deliverables, fees, and service levels, are set out in your service agreement, which governs in the event of any conflict with these terms.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services in accordance with the agreed-upon payment schedule.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telos One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, unless your service agreement provides otherwise.
